Dream Palace Banquet

It was my close friend’s wedding, and the experience at this banquet hall was extremely disappointing. The booking was for 600 guests, but food ran out after just 250 plates, and the staff blamed it on people “eating extra.” The food quality was poor, and they clearly lacked experience in managing a large crowd. Worst of all, they didn’t even set tables for the groom, bride, and their families for the final dinner. When my husband and his friends requested them to arrange tables, the staff just stood there cluelessly because they knew what should we serve them, there is no food left by end of the ceremony, ended up eating pani puri only. Very unprofessional behavior—would not recommend! A suggestion to management : if catering is your own in-house service, please go for third party catering, because you truly can’t manage big crowd. Or this catering was third party catering provider, it’s high time you to change them and look for good catering team. Because your banquet ambience is good and has potential to grow, but this event was disaster to bride and groom families, you spoiled their special day. Please note ‘Ambience se pet nahi bharta guest ka’.
