DON'T BOOK THIS VENUE!! PLEASE READ THIS You will book this menu only if you want to spoil your wedding day completely. This is the most PATHETIC wedding venue i have been to. Everybody here is very sweet to you when you go for the bookings... But on the wedding day their service is the worst. They don't deliver what they have promised. And on top of that the owner and the staff are the most arrogant people i have ever meet. The think no end of themselves. They take 90% payment in advance, months before your wedding. And they don't give you even 50% worth of things. We had booked them for haldi and wedding. Bride and groom's family were suppose to stay at the venue because it was an early morning wedding. 1. They told us we can use the hall for haldi till 11:30 music will be allowed till 10:30. But because the staff wanted to go home early they were forcing us to end the function at 9:30. They started to switch of the lights by 10:00pm. They switched off the mic and music. They literally threw us out of the venue in the middle of the function!! That was the most embarrassing thing for me. 2. Next morning when we got up there was no staff on the venue. We were inside the venue, and they locked the gates from outside, Nobody responded to calls. The makeup artist was standing outside the gate for nearly two hours. Because of which the wedding got delayed by two hours. 3. There was no water in the washroom. There was no water to wash hands after lunch. Can you imagine what my guests went through. And how horrible everything was. 4. Coming to the food, the taste was decent, but the quantity was not enough. Half of the time the vessel was empty. And they kept saying that yes the food is coming in 5mins. But it never came. 5. And when we started complaining about the services, The staff and the owner both started to misbehave with us. They created a scene at the wedding. Instead of accepting their mistake they started yelling and were very aggressive. The owner fo this place doesn't care about the customer or the event. He just wants your money. He will take 90% in advance and then forget about everything. CYGNUS HALL JUST RUINED THE WEDDING DAY COMPLETELY. AND THEY WERE NOT EVEN SORRY ABOUT IT!

The place was very well decorated for all the events. Also, the food quality was amazing. Highly recommending.
