spoke to them about 7 times... extremely confused staff... one end they say venue available... a day before we plan the visit they cancelled saying unavailable... then again 2 days later they apologies and request visit states dates are open... I planned and canceled my trip 3 times before I just realised, if this how pre sales is... just imagine how the function would be... phew.!!!
