This place is not worth even a single star. I would encourage anyone who wants to come here not to take up this place for your marriage or any kind of functions. They have so many rules and regulations that you cannot have your marriage in peace. They don't allow music during your wedding to even have fun or dance or any kind of recreational activities. The management is very arrogant ignorant and disrespectful to their customers and clients. They say this place does not allow music. And do not use their in house sound system. It's is very bad and the speakers don't work properly. Please avoid this place at all costs. The manager and the other people don't respect you at all. They speak to you like you are a slave. The rooms also have timings which puts a restriction on our program and agenda. We cannot be free even during our family function and marriage because of how they treat us like we are in a hostel. Avoid this disgusting place at any cost. They are not at all helpful. You have better places to host your program for a lesser price. Even basic necessities like towel and toiletries are not provided to the rooms. They have a non functional kitchen that doesn't even serve coffee in the morning.

Booked this venue for my engagement. It’s a beautiful outdoor location exactly as per our imagination. Guests were thrilled and the decor was simply stunning. Location is quite central in Bangalore and spacious enough for all activities.would definitely recommend

We had booked Balan Farms for our wedding and it was a lovely venue. We really liked the decoration done by them, it looked beautiful. Their services were quick and they understood our requirements as well. Manager was cooperative and the whole staff was hard working. We had a great time.
