The Babylon group has earned my respect for the food and beautiful rooms but the staff is absolutely horrible. terrifying experience at the hotel. Told the bride and groom at 2pm that their room is not ready. gave them a joined twin bed finally. The guests waited one and half hour for their food to be served. Rudest meanest staff you will ever find. the only good people working there are the bell boys..Rest are walking talking NIGHTMARE.
