I am extremely disappointed with Ayatti by Caparo and their utterly unprofessional service. My marriage, which was supposed to be a joyful occasion, was ruined because of their poor management. They served food in disposable plates, which is completely unacceptable for such a special event. On top of that, they failed to fulfill their commitments regarding decor, leaving us with a shabby and incomplete setup. To make matters worse, the sofas and chairs provided were filthy, with visible stains everywhere. This is not the level of service one expects for such an important day. I trusted them to help make my wedding memorable, but instead, they left me with a nightmare. I strongly advise against choosing Ayatti by Caparo for any event. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is beyond disappointing.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – A Nightmare on My Wedding Day. If you wanna get insulted in front of your guest than you please choose Ayatti by caparo @Wali @rajesh the ceo I cannot express how utterly disappointed I am with Ayatti by Caparo. My wedding day, which should have been one of the most joyous occasions of my life, was marred by their unprofessionalism and failure to deliver on even the most basic of services. First and foremost, their decor was a disaster. They completely failed to fulfill their commitments, leaving my venue looking nothing like the vision we had planned. The decorations were poorly executed, and many of the items we had specifically requested were missing or not set up properly. This was not just a minor oversight; it was a complete disregard for the effort and thought that had gone into planning every detail. Beyond the decor, their overall service was abysmal. From the onset, communication was incredibly difficult, and on the day of the wedding, they showed up late and unprepared. They failed to manage the logistics, causing chaos and unnecessary stress. The staff was unprofessional and lacked the expertise required for such an important event. At times, it felt like they were completely uninterested in ensuring that our wedding ran smoothly. I would strongly advise anyone considering Ayatti by Caparo for their event to look elsewhere. My wedding was ruined because of their lack of professionalism and failure to deliver what was promised. This company’s complete disregard for their clients' expectations and needs makes them a poor choice for any occasion, especially something as important as a wedding. We have provided our initial letters (decor) @wali promised to return it back to us, even after several followups he didn’t returned back our decor too.. So be aware and not to choose this venue even at free of cost

We recently had our wedding and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! The decorations were absolutely stunning, transforming the venue into a magical space that exceeded all our expectations. From the elegant floral arrangements to the beautiful lighting, every detail was perfect and created a truly enchanting atmosphere. I must say that Mr. WALI has done an outstanding job and done more then what he committed. As for the food, it was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish was not only delicious but beautifully presented, and our guests are still raving about the meal. The variety and quality of the menu ensured that there was something for everyone, and the service was impeccable... Overall, the combination of the exquisite decorations and the mouth-watering food made our special day unforgettable. Highly recommend!
