Arul Murugan Towers

We had our reception and wedding at The Arul Murugan Towers. Pros : We had so many compliments on the wedding venue and many of them enquired about the venue. Ample car parking available. Cons : There is no exact tariff given for the venue. When we first discussed, they said a different amount and while paying they changed it according to their wish. No covid safety protocols were followed. The management was rude to us inspite of paying a large sum. We cannot choose our decorator according to our wish (they have an in house decorator and he was very expensive).

Venue wise it’s good.. it can welcome around 2000 plus guests and the dining area is very spacious and ventilated We can select the decor team only from their panel.. The management team is very rude and unprofessional they behave and talk like Goons

The hall on 3rd floor of Arul Murugan towers was amazing, beautifully decorated exactly as we had asked for. The team was very professional and hospitable. There was enough space for car parking and the rooms were also quite spacious. There was some electrical and water problems initially, but they got it fixed as soon as possible. It was all worth it.

I Just read the review of Mr.Praveen Kumar, Yes he is 100% true Manager Jones is very rude. We had a function there from the start AC was not working when we asked he was cool and said AC is not working I can't do anything and it's unfortunate, what ever we asked he just says, this what it is, proceed with what is there we can't do anything.. PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS ARUL MURUGAN TOWERS. You will not be able do anything at the point of time because at that time your mind will focus only on the event which should go weell. These people are looting the money using our emotions

Please please please don’t book this hall make your big day one of the worst experience of your life we had our function on April 21st and 22nd /2021 there is a manager name Mr jones who is the in charge of that Mandapam who is very rude doesn’t know how to behave with the customers and we spent nearly 6 lakh rupees and wasted our big moments I’ll write the charges also for your reference Hall rent per day -4,00,000/- Parking charges in front of hall -35000/- Extra A/c charges after function -1,25,000/-looted from us Gas for food preparation - 20,000/-(5 *14.2kgs) Like this they took all our money and after function when we requested for marriage hall receipt which we need for marriage registration purposes again that money worm asked us 18,000/- to give us the receipt so please don’t book this hall and get your big day spoiled and they many many more money looting tricks in the name of hall decoration and hall lighting for 50000/- products they will charge 1lac so please don’t get cheated by booking this hall Mr. Manager Please behave properly with guests who are booking your hall we are not simply using ur space for free we are paying for it and try to learn mannerism first before working somewhere it will help you to develop your respect from others and we know how you misbehaved with us for the whole function We had in your hall you completely harrased our family in all possible ways u can Please don’t book this hall ,,,,,,!!!!

Arul Towers is a very beautiful place. Everything from their lighting to their decoration is perfect. It is a very spacious open place which i love. It was a great decision that i had my wedding there. A very beautiful place, i would recommend it to everyone!
