Worst experience ever!!! Don't book this venue for wedding if u are not booking their in-house/ suggested planner and decorator. Otherwise they won't co-operate at all and make sure to ruin ur special day in their best capacity. They didn't provide even the basic stuffs in all the rooms like toiletries ,kettles etc etc which they committed before. Toilets were not maintained at all. Staffs were very rude and unprofessional . Worst part is they provided used water bottles (not new/sealed ) . There is a huge difference between there commitments and deliveries. Hope this review will save someone's special day.
