We have no words to express our sincere personal gratitude for a magical and immensely comfortable stay for us and our family and friends during our Brother wedding celebrations over 3 days at the Angel Resort and Amusement Waterpark , Everything went like clockwork in these beautiful and magnificent properties, but the cherry on the top was the excellent service, the immaculate standards, the personal care and touch of all staff, and the incredible hospitality we received from all of them. We truly felt that this was our home during our stay and that the entire Angel family was part of our own family co-hosting the celebrations. And, for that I am forever grateful. Each and every staff member was individually and collectively wonderful and we all are floored and so grateful for their support, involvement and participation in making our important family occasions so special and memorable. The feedback we received, in turn, from each of our family members and guests is also true testimony to the excellent service and experience the enabled us to provide! As the of the brother, what more could I ask or hope for! We left very impressed by leadership and quiet unassuming style of The General Manager and couldn’t help noticing how successfully he “EMPOWERED HIS PEOPLE and ENABLED THEIR SUCCESS in being able to ENRICH LIVES of us as clients, as well as our guests”. He was always present, visible and approachable all through the events, and everything worked like clockwork under his care. It is rare to see seniors so visible during a hotel stay but it is this ‘intangible that is so powerful’ in leaving a deeply enriching experience. It is never easy in any service industry to achieve it, but his leadership style successfully reinforced an amazing warmth, and each of the Angel staff worked tirelessly in their endeavor to deliver a magical experience for us and in making our brother wedding truly special and memorable. We, going forward, will be big BRAND AMBASSADORS of the Angel Resort for life after this incredible experience which is etched in our minds on how brilliantly the Angel team helped us do an incredibly and memorable wedding of our elder Brother . Absolutely amazing wedding property at Sikar Road, Jaipur. We had amazing experience, staff and hospitality is too good. Lush green campus and parking space is add-on. I would recommend angel resort for people who are looking property on Sikar road. Peaceful environment and delicious food which I can vouch.
