Recently visited this resort, its say wedding is the best part of life but this resort made it worst one as it was mine family wedding though it would be good one but it became worst experience ever. The manager and staff behaviour is too rude. In every thing you do they have a problem... even small small thing they create a issue. Food was the worst in taste. They tell one charge n then when u get the bill extra charges are added on basis of false allegations

Very bad experience they need to improve ...... They wasn't coordinating well with us... And the breakfast wasn't that Good which they provided and their septic water also had leaked near the steps and was giving bad odour.... Than i told the the service staff to look at it... The water would almost reach near the food counter if I didn't inform the service staf

I recently stayed at this resort for my brother's wedding, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. I would rate it this low due to various issues we encountered during our stay. The room services were subpar, leaving much to be desired. We faced continuous challenges, from delayed responses to requests being overlooked entirely. This lack of attention affected the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Moreover, the staff exhibited a concerning lack of cooperation. We found them unresponsive and unhelpful, which significantly added to the frustration of our special occasions. It was disheartening to witness their apparent disinterest in ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for our family. Our sangeet and haldi functions, crucial parts of the wedding celebration, were marred by constant issues. Whether it was logistical problems or unaddressed concerns, the overall ambiance suffered, leaving us with a sense of dissatisfaction. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the management to address these issues and improve the overall quality of service. Future guests, especially those planning important events, should be cautious when considering this resort for their stay.

Stayed for 3 days in a twin bedroom, where only one person can stay and for the 2 nd person they collected Rs 10616 but their rules says Rs 1500 per day for extra person .Such money mongers, don’t bother, whether you are in a function or it is midnight, keep calling for the payment, no consideration, no humanity, but never bother to refill the essential in the room or cleaning.I went for wedding and I really sympathise the wedding party. So people who wants to stay there should think twice….

Very bad experience, service is not commensurate with payments made. Manager is too harsh, even woke up at midnight to collect extra charges from invited guests

Their service was the worst until now they need to be constantly asked for anything we need despite of asking more than 3-4 times things didn't work out. The food was very very bad except for the snacks, for breakfast they used a day before's batter for dosa and the sambar was spoilt and the pav bhaji didn't even look like pav bhaji. The lunch and dinner had the same items for almost 3 days and none of them were good the rice nor curries the roti and the naan were rock solid it was difficult even to tear them with two hands we also had to remind them to get the food at the proper time. They kept on interrupting in between during the sangeet telling us about the closing time although a delay of 2 hours was caused due to poor communication between the hotel staff and the decorator. The hotel is located completely inside and there are no directions nor lights we missed a turn due to no signboards on the road and had to travel almost 10km back and we were greeted with another surprise at the hotel entrance complete off-road ramp + No parking place a horrifying experience in the night. I don't know how they call it a resort because it doesn't look like one its just a hotel with a little bit of place. My overall experience was very bad.

The resort is too far from main city. After sunset you can not even dare to go on 2 wheeler. No proper street light on the way. Also the entrance road was totally off road. Food was also average.

The rooms were not getting cleanes. No one was filling responsible, a blame game started for every work. They have so much rules and regulations that you fill like they are becoming your father all the places We attended a marriage, it was full of rudely staff and they charge so high and will not allow for entertainment.

We held our wedding at this venue, and unfortunately, the General Manager created numerous challenges. Written agreements made during the planning phase were not upheld during execution. The GM displayed an egoistic and non-cooperative attitude, pressuring external vendors for exorbitant royalty charges. Engaging in a proper conversation with him proved difficult. Despite an initial impression of being a loyal and down-to-earth person, he later pursued excessive charges, enforcing arbitrary rules not previously communicated. Additionally, when addressing our concerns, the General Manager displayed a discourteous demeanor, further complicating the resolution of our issues. I would advise against hosting any event at this venue, particularly a wedding. Despite initially assuring us that no licenses were needed for our sangeet, they later imposed the requirement, causing unnecessary hassle to obtain licenses for every event, including playing light music for the wedding and haldi ceremonies. While the initial charges for utilizing the venue for wedding events seemed reasonable, the overall costs escalated significantly towards the end. This financial shift left us with an unpleasant experience and emotional distress, as it felt like an attempt to extract as much money as possible. They gave a lot of trauma to us and also visitors who were staying with us.

This is a feedback coming from a wedding that was recently organized at this venue, I was the groom. We had an extremely bad experience overall at this venue. Initially, the hotel management was cooperative, super-friendly, and promised many things, later backtracking on them as the wedding approached. These promises included free guest parking, an extensive food menu within a certain price range, and no need for special music licensing. We trusted their word, but just 25 days before the wedding, they started requesting special licenses and significantly reduced the menu options. It was too late to find another venue, so we were forced to agree to their demands, including additional charges for the food menu. This led to frantic last-minute dashes to government offices for licenses, despite the hotel sending one staff member to assist us (who, unfortunately, was unfamiliar with the process). This was absolutely torturous at the tail end of our wedding planning, when we should have been enjoying the excitement of the upcoming event. Looking back, it's clear that delaying important discussions (like the food menu and licenses) until the last minute was a deliberate tactic to lock us in, leaving us with no choice but to agree to their terms. To add to this, our decorator reported hostility from venue staff and even claims of royalty demands (though I can't confirm this). They hampered the decorator's work with restrictions on working hours and wiring placements, ultimately compromising the décor and wasting our investment. During the wedding itself, the check-in process was uncooperative for some guests. Last-minute demands for extra payment due to double occupancy in twin rooms caused us considerable embarrassment. Throughout the Sangeet celebration, hotel staff constantly interrupted, harassing us with warnings about sound levels and closing times despite our valid licenses. When confronted, they denied sending anyone.Room service was terrible, our guests were thirsty and couldn’t receive bottled water even after multiple requests. Throughout the Sangeet celebration, hotel staff constantly interrupted, harassing us with warnings about sound levels and closing times despite our valid licenses. When confronted, they denied sending anyone. The only positive note was the good quality of the food. I also appreciate gestures like assigning rooms close to the venue and decorating the bride and groom's room. However, these pale in comparison to the mental anguish we endured in the lead-up to the wedding. Coming from a family that honors agreements, we trusted the management to uphold their promises. Unfortunately, the absence of documented agreements (such as emails) allowed them to backtrack with impunity. By the end, their unreliability led us to record conversations out of sheer paranoia.I would never wish anybody to have such a bad experience during times like a wedding. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone, especially during such a momentous occasion. Save yourself the stress and choose a venue with more experience handling weddings. You won't regret it. 5 Star Rating below by Suraj Rai is a fake one, he is Amoravida Employee: https://www.linkedin.com/in/suraj-rai-78292255/?originalSubdomain=in
