Good venue, but horrible services. I had booked the venue for my wedding on 13th March, 2023 after visiting the venue several time and discussing with the manager, Deep. They served breakfast lmost 3 hours late, almost by noon, all guests were wwaiting.also, breakfast was too less in quantity, people kept on waiting before gettung served the next round. Also, since there is no restrictions on people visiting the resort even when the venues are booked for weddings, a lot of people came and clicked photos with our wedding props, sat with their wet bodies on pur props, there is absolutely no proper attention to prevent these issues. Despite delay at their end, somehow, the manager had the audacity to come tell us that we have to finish Haldi by noon Lunch was okayish. Again, tea and dinner weren't served until we were after their lives, it started at around 8.30 pm, something that should have started by 5 to 6 pm.And as usual, food got over before all guests were served. Despite all these nonsense, the manager tells us that 10 extra people (the decorators) had dinner after all the guests had left, so we had to pay for those, even though the head count we gave to the manager earlier was 100 and exactly 90 people had attended. Given there was no food left after serving 90 people, how did they serve 110 people, when most people complained that food wasnt sufficient? The rooms were horrible during handover, stinking and dirty bathrooms, unwashed and dirty bedsheet, pillow covers, and blankets. Despite asking several times, the staff was too stubborn to clean. And dont even get me started abput mosquitoes, also there were no mosquito repellants in most of the rooms. When we checkec out, they had the audacity to say that there was an important police convention on the same day, so they had to pay moee attention there And on top of that they made us forcibly give good video feedback abput their services. Dont ever go for their services. You can book the venue, but dont go for their catering and room services

Best wedding planner! What else do you need to plan your dream wedding, if you have WMG? They had a checklist prepared to keep you in track throughout. That helped me the most. I got the wedding venue contacts from WMG too. I even contacted other vendors available in the app. Not only that, WMG helped me with some unique photography, jewellery, mehendi and decor ideas. Aquatica is a good venue to get married.The day itself was absolutely incredible, the feel of the venue, the food and the weather.The taste of food was not upto the mark and the quantity was also less than whta ordered. But overall experience was good.
