When should the dance practices begin?

There is no fixed answer to this question. How long it takes to learn and perfect the dance routine depends on a number of factors, such as the length of the dance, frequency of practice, and the willingness and skill level of the dancers. Generally, it is safe to begin practices four to six weeks in advance. A group practice should be ideally scheduled at least once or twice a week, depending on the participants’ availability.
