DO NOT HIRE WHITE FROG PRODUCTIONS IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO RUIN YOUR WEDDING MEMORIES.Let me start from the beginning PAYMENT CONTRACT- Kunal Khanna, the owner, seemed very promising in our first meeting in June where he showed us his best work on his laptop. As for his albums, he said he would send it later that day for review, but that never happened. We agreed to have them on board and as per our payment contract, we paid Rs 50,000 in advance. We were not supposed to make any payment till my engagement function in October, but just a few weeks later in July, he requested for Rs.50,000 more in advance saying that they were “UPGRADING TO NEW EQUIPMENT TO MAKE OUR FUNCTIONS BETTER”. We agreed to pay this, and by this time we had already paid him one lakh rupees within a month out of the one lakh seventy five thousand which was his “Discounted Price” because of the reference. Kunal himself never showed up at any of our three events, and said only his team will shoot all the events. LIGHTS and EQUIPMENT- Right before our night function, we asked him to ensure that his team brought adequate lights and he told us that his team does not carry sunguns and hallogens and the venue is supposed to arrange for it (as also mentioned on his contract that we hadn't paid attention to). So, my engagement and wedding photos were mostly dark, some to extent that people’s faces couldn’t be recognized on the stage. His equipment does not seem to be professional grade as my photos and videos were way below the usual standard that you see in the market. PHOTOS QUALITY-Most of my engagement photographs were dark and he messaged saying that raw photos are edited with strobe light and flash which is optimum for photos as their purpose if never to light up ambience. Also, his team was not around I was getting dressed up for the wedding, therefore, there are only a few average bridal portraits. VIDEOS- After 6 months, the team gave a below-average teaser in spite of suggesting changes four times (version 2 and 3 had NO CHANGES). So even the fourth cut had sudden transitions, poor editing and no storyline. I gave up and stopped expecting anything from them. LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER- Before the wedding, and even after that, we had to call him at least two times before he answered his phone for any issue. Any message to him can only be conveyed through messages as he is hardly available on call. You have to text him on the group to remind him about client value before he can answer your calls/call you back. His messages are defensive and arrogant and he cannot take feedback. Also, you need to keep following up with them for data even though their timelines of videos are 3 months. This was the worst decision of our wedding, his exact words in his message were- “I THINK YOU WERE EXPECTING A CHICKEN BARBEQUE PIZZA FOR THE PRICE OF A MARGARITA PIZZA” and threatened us with legal action. I must say, Kunal is extremely unprofessional, rude, arrogant and incapable of handling feedback for the poor quality work that he sells as “cinematic experience’. Once a big chunk of money is paid, he pays minimal to no attention. I had to HIRE ANOTHER TEAM AFTER THE WEDDING. I had to collect all my raw data from him, and pay another editor, a videographer and an album person to have an album/video. Goes without saying, my album is also ruined because of the bad quality cameras used. Only the remaining 25000 Rs were not paid to him as I never shortlisted my photos for our albums, but my money (One lakh fifty thousand), my time, and my precious moments were all lost. If you don’t want to ruin your mood and happy moments, do not hire them. My wedding was in December 2022, and until June 2023 we hadn't received our videos. I know I am late in posting this feedback because I felt it was no use but as I see people post their happy wedding photos/videos, and I realize I have to warn the others before they hire them. Please do thorough research before you go for them.

Very professional team, they were willing to take inputs from myself and my wife! Most importantly, my wife felt very comfortable around the team and had a lot of fun posing. They were also very accommodating with their turnaround times and photos. Not to forget - patience, a lot of it, can’t be easy at a punjabi wedding but everyone was very easy going. Highly recommend Kunal and his team! Couldn’t be happier!

The White Frog team shot both mine and my brother’s wedding. I had come across their work after a lot of research and I feel like they truly made the most wholesome videos possible for us. Since we have had them over twice, Kunal and Madhavi are no longer just a team we hired for covering our weddings, but our friends. I love that they are very receptive to feedback and your thoughts for how the final video should look. They don’t take up a lot of your time during the functions to shoot videos. Mostly, they are just there at the right moments, which is what counts the most during festivities when you want to be present in the moment.

Their work speaks for themselves so nothing much to mention here, other than the fact that they are a bunch of super energetic, kind and warm people who meet deadlines without compromising on the quality of content they deliver. Easily the best experience with a photographer to date! Kunal is super personable and very talented at his craft. The entire team is truly a professional in their field. They have instantly been able to put my family at ease, and capture some captivating photographs. I will treasure them forever. Don’t pass up the chance to work with him!

Dear Reader, I am going to put out some facts. I will then leave it up to you to decide whether White frog Production is worth your time and money. We engaged Kunal and his team for a total of 3 days - mehendi, cocktail, wedding. Kunal, the team lead and the person we were interacting with throughout the photographer hiring process was entirely missing on the wedding day. Neither Kunal was present on the wedding day nor had he communicated to the team what our specifications were. As a result there was a lot of chaos and no coordination among the photographers / videographers. Instead of covering multiple events that were happening simultaneously (as it happens in any Indian wedding), they all ended up capturing only one event and completely failed to capture other events. For eg, all 3 photographers were covering the hymn chanting before the wedding and failed to capture the bridal entry successfully which was happening at the same time (they only ended up capturing pictures of the bride when she was literally at the mandap). For the wedding day, we had engaged the team for the whole day, however at 2pm the team started winding up and said they had to go for covering another wedding. On insistence 1 photographer and 1 videographer stayed back till the end however we had paid for 3 photographers and 3 videographers for the entire duration. On the main wedding day, the videographer and the photographer for the bride were supposed to arrive at 5am, however only the photographer came and the videographer failed to show up until 8am. As a result they ended up not capturing videos of the chura ceremony. At the time of hiring Kunal and his team, we were told that his entire team was inhouse, however on probing we found out that the entire team consisted of freelancers. Not having an inhouse team led to miscommunication at their end which led to goof ups listed above. There were 3 photographers, however all 3 of them put together could not take 2 decent photographs of the wedding couple (my husband & I). There are no family portraits as well. Most of the pictures also turned out to be sub par, so much so that we struggled to select a few decent pictures for our wedding album. For example for the cocktail - there is an entire set of pictures which are only from a low angle. 1-2 such pictures would have been fine but there are at least 200-250 such pictures which are of no use, they can neither be added to the wedding album nor can they be enlarged for portraits. Overall our experience was extremely dissatisfactory. Kunal and his team were extremely incompetent. They did a bad job of covering the wedding. On top of that Kunal is an extremely difficult person to work with. His attitude completely changed on receiving the advance payment (which was 80% of the total amount) and he was extremely rude and arrogant and failed to conduct himself in a professional manner. In conclusion, not only is Kunal extremely bad at his job but is also untrustworthy. You do not want a photographer you cannot trust on your wedding day, You want someone who can take charge and responsibility and not someone who would not show up to perform the job that they were paid for, on your wedding day. I strongly recommend going with any other photographer but Kunal for your wedding. Thanks. White frog productions managed my entire wedding photography and videography. My first meeting with Kunal was quite professional. He gave me a very clear picture as to how everything would go about for all my functions. He was quite open to my ideas and told me that if I want certain things my way, I am always welcome to suggest those ideas to his team. He was just a phone call away and meetings could be held quite conveniently with him. His team came right on time on both the days of my wedding. They captured really beautiful moments and did a commendable job. The teaser, cinematographic video and the wedding album came out to be as the way everyone wished. They also incorporated the way we wanted certain things without any hesitation and gave us really good inputs. I'll definitely recommend them again.
