सुधीर आणि team च्या फोटोग्राफीचं वैशिष्ट्य हे आहे की फोटोसाठी direction करताना तो इतक्या मृदू भाषेत आणि उत्साहपूर्ण बोलतो. त्यामुळे आजकालच्या लग्नात formality पुरतं मर्यादित राहिलेलं Photo Session अगदी मजेशीर व आनंददायी होऊन जातं. फक्त सुधीरच नव्हे तर त्याच्या team मध्ये कोणाच्याच चेहऱ्यावर त्याच त्याच कामाचा monotonous पणा बिल्कुलपण जाणवत नाही.
