Venue: Area 83 Dates: 28-29th November 2023 Number of people: 300-400 While starting wedding planning earlier in the year, I had shortlisted 8 wedding vendors and among them Vora events especially stood out for the following reasons: 1. COMMUNICATION: The MOST important thing when planning a wedding is to have event planners who are available to engage and communicate with you so they understand what you want from the wedding and are able to deliver. Umang gave a very personalised touch to the whole organisation and it felt like a close friend helping to plan out the event. Also, I’m not sure when they sleep, because they were available all around the clock and were very quick to respond to messages/ requests 2. DESIGN IDEAS: Vora Events do have some unique design ideas. I was not super fixated on individual designs but had an overall idea of what I wanted the wedding to look like. On the day, their decor was spot on. The whole venue looked incredible and elegant. 3. PRICE POINT: From the very start, I was clear about my budget and Vora events were transparent about what I could and could not get in that. HIGHLY recommend to all brides and grooms to be transparent about it this from the start as it helps you and the planners deliver the best on a budget! Vora events were one of the most reasonably priced in the market and were able to deliver some truly high quality decor that looked great in our wedding venue. 4. MANAGEMENT ON THE DAY: We had Hardik and Priya at the venue day and night for 2 days to ensure that everything ran smoothly and there were no issues and always tried to come and check up on the bride and groom if they need anything! Overall, a fantastic experience with this company and would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.:) I had my fairytale wedding without a lot of stress and issues thanks to these guys who put their heart and soul into the work.
