In the beginning we wanted to hire Vintage Velvet Events for full service wedding planning, but since their dates were not available, they offered us virtual planning which mainly included vendor suggestions and decor designing. At first I was sceptic of how it would turn out but yet went ahead with it since we liked their work. Once we confirmed, they took care of all vendor contracts and designs for the decor. Everyone at the wedding loved decor and it was exactly the way we wanted it. It was quite impressive how they managed everything virtually.

Planning a wedding is never easy, and planning one during a pandemic can be doubly hard. But the team at Vintage Velvet Events made sure it was a cake walk for us! The team are the most understanding and accommodating people to work with. We had our wedding in Goa after a change of dates (thanks to the pandemic) and everything was looked after so well. They made sure we didn’t have to worry about a single thing- from decor, to artists, to wedding collaterals, logistics of our guests and all the other arrangements! They’ve been a blessing, and after working with them for a few months, they’re more like family and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone planning a wedding, be it on a small scale or a big scale.

Hiring Vintage Velvet Events was absolutely one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. It was a special blessing to be able to spend precious time with our families before our wedding and know that Charmi and her wonderful team were setting up and making sure every detail was in place. She helped us with some last-minute fixes and even added thoughtful extra touches that coordinated with our theme and color scheme in the décor ! We were so glad to have her there to discreetly guide us through our reception when we were in a happy fog; we wouldn’t have known what to do without her there. We had a destination wedding in Udaipur. In the beginning we were a bit worried cuz we had a lot of expectations and we were not sure how things would turn out, but one day before the wedding when the team began the decor, welcoming guests and other aspects, the work was truly flawless and we did not get a single point to complaint. Everything was beyond our expectations and much more than what was promised. The team did great job with the planning and execution.

They truly made our wedding the best experience. Amazing coordination with us. We had a lot of last minute changes due to covid but they handled the crisis and managed everything in the best possible way while maintaining the personal touch.
