Highly unethical, immoral and unprofessional the pair of father and son of this planner… had hired them for my daughter’s marriage at ‘ITC BHARAT GURUGRAM’ in November 21… Please go through what I wrote to Mr Brajesh sharma, the marketing incharge of ‘ITC Bharat’ who had gone through all my stress during the event and promised me the corrective measures. But he also failed to bring them to table for discussion in spite of all his efforts. Brajesh ji and the ITC people always there to help us during those stressful situations. We’re so obligated to them…. Please read Brajesh ji, we knew that our meeting with Mr Shubham and co is not going to happen. Simply they don’t have courage to come to the table. But I’ll not allow this situation to have impact in the relation which we have developed amongst ourselves. So, let me tell you that we have paid the balance amount to the CineLove people (the photography team) and procured the the hard disc and you need not worry for that. Believe me Brajesh ji it was a matter of few pennies for people like us but if I consider the the loss of ethics, moral and trust by Mr Shubham and co it’s invaluable and we are not used to come across such people. 40 L and no less or no more (+ additional car pick up and drop fare in excess of 15 Innova) was the ‘one sentence agreement’ and we had got a assurance of a ‘no compromise’ event from them. But it’s there in your notice the final product lacked many things like फूलों की होली, colour bomb, cake during sangeet, vintage car during विदाई, the safa fiasco to name few of them…. In addition to that, the way we were tortured for the photographs was stooping to another low by Shubham and Co. But having done and said everything let me say that your approach and ITC people services was much more than compensating for everything and for that we as a family thank you from core of our hearts…
