You can call this a hobby at best, and not a business by any means. DO NOT TRUST these people with your life's best moments, else you will be terribly disappointed. These guys completely ruined it for us. We got married in early **December 2021** and we got all deliverables almost a year later in **November 30th 2022**. First and foremost photography was below average. Secondly, these guys will fail promises and will never meet timelines. The one thing that they are concerned about is money$$. When asking for the contract they will behave extremely polite and talk about their so called professionalism. This certainly is not the case once the deposits are received and the job is done. At that point you are at their mercy. These people are newbies in the profession and lack the basic understanding of providing a service. Complete chaos and mismanagement. - We started by paying 10k as an advance deposit. - Next, on the day of photoshoot they asked us to make prior payment of 30k. As per their contract this was supposed to be paid on the day of the marriage ceremony, yet we paid them in advance. - They took more than a month to upload all RAW photos. After several nudges and phone calls were the photo uploads done. I had to create 3 different google accounts for them to upload. Complete mismanagement. - Once the photos were uploaded we paid another 10k. Now the next process of editing and album delivery was a complete nightmare to say the least !!!! - Starting from March 2022 to October 2022 it took them to edit only 400 photos (170 Groom + 130 Groom). Repeated failed promises one after another , month after month. - I literally had created an Excel sheet to track each of the 400 photos and what changes were suggested. We asked them for at-most 2 revisions for less than 200 photos because the colour balance was not good. They took so many months to finally complete the editing and they think they did us a favour !!! Shocking !! We paid for the service and we definitely have our choice. Even before pre-wedding I created a Notion workbook with the type of shots I would want and the backgrounds so that they understand our taste. Same is the case for wedding photos; I shared with these guys multiple photos which I wanted them to review and understand what they should be doing. Extremely ill-behaved and ill-mannered people. Even for album designing I had to give them proper instructions of what I want like Sheet 1 - Left / Right what images will be placed and dimensions for each single page and yet they messed up the album preparation. Throughout the process I had to call them several times. Create a whatsapp group and tag multiple stakeholders so that the job gets done. Instead of they getting paid, I should have been paid instead for project management. The main problem is these guys have very poor work ethics and lack professionalism. They will fail every promise they make to you. Be assured that they will meet no time commitments. We have kept all the chats on whatsapp archived. Same is the case with the excel sheets with login timestamps. After nearly waiting for a year when the album wasnt delivered, we had to engage the marriage hall owners to get involved and seek clarifications as they had referred Mrs.Sathi Neogi to us for the photography contract. All in all these people will lie and cross every boundary that one can imagine. You can check my google reviews about other business and services I have used to check the validity of my claims. You haven't been paid a single penny less and have always received money on or before time, but you failed us a lot during the process. I have nothing but horror stories to share about this experience with you guys. When we met Sathi and Ajit first day of the Photoshoot, never did we imagine these guys would turn out to be like this. Yours is a relationships business and word of mouth travels really far. I mean no disrespect to anyone but this is my sheer disappointment that has driven me to write literally an essay for them.
