Shaukin Weddings we aim to capture a true reflection of the wedding for generations to come. We dedicate ourselves to capturing those unique magical moments that give each wedding its very own identity and character and give the wedding album a coffee table look and a narrative that will make it timeless. We approach a shoot with the intention to put our skills to document the stories of each day and its many defining moments .We believe that a wedding is an event that should be photographed quietly, and empathically, with the shoot itself being unobtrusive so as to capture the genuineness of the mood of the event .We believe that the photograph should be seen and not the photographer. We are proud of the quality of the shoot and so are our clients who have trusted us with their ‘Once In A Lifetime’ event. Starting this year we have started new special dedicated Pre-Wedding shoot concepts and packages, we would be happy to custom tailor one for you. Surkhab Shaukin (photographer and owner at Shaukin Weddings and Studio Shaukin) graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology, New York in photography and has also attended Brooks Institute of photography. He held his first Solo Photo Show at the age of thirteen; since then he has held over fifteen both Nationally and Internationally. IPA has honored him with four International Photo Awards. Surkhab has worked with many renowned photographers in Manhattan (New York) like Eric Piasecki, Chris Collins, Sharon Schuster etc. over three years, while also shooting on his own. He returned home to India thereafter and has been photographing here ever since. He has photographed for brands like United Colors of Benetton, Gulf Oil, Sisley, Kings XI – IPL team, Gujrat Lions- IPL team, Punjab, BCL TV Series etc. He has also photographed and designed various coffee table. Surkhab Shaukin currently resides in Chandigarh, India and shoots all over India with majorly in Bombay and New Delhi. His work aside from weddings can be seen.
