I am deeply disappointed in the services provided by Shaadi Sparsh/Alok Jha . After eagerly anticipating the delivery of my photos and videos for an entire year, I am left feeling utterly let down and frustrated. Despite our initial agreement and the substantial amount of money I invested in his services, I have received nothing in return. Your failure to fulfill your commitments has not only wasted my time but also tarnished my memories of the special event I hired you to capture. Your lack of communication throughout this process only adds insult to injury. It is completely unprofessional to leave your clients in the dark for such an extended period, with no updates or explanations provided. I cannot in good conscience recommend your services to anyone else, as it seems you are more interested in taking people's money than delivering the quality work you promised. Needless to say, I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience and will be seeking restitution for the time and resources I wasted on your unreliable services.
