Sassy Makeover Dreams

I had the worst experience with Sassy Makeover dreams run by Ms. Karamjeet Kaur. For my brother's wedding I booked her two months in advance for Hair and makeup. Two days prior the wedding when I called her to reconfirm about the time she needed to arrive at the venue, she insisted on delaying by one hour. On the day of wedding when I called her to last moment delay is not possible and asked her to come on previously discussed time as I'm the sister of the groom and I had many responsibilities, she straight away denied to come. Moreover, she became extremely rude and didn't even bother to offer me a replacing makeup artist. She offered to refund me as if she was doing me a favour!! She is simply unprofessional & rude, and I would advise not to book her on your special day if you don't want any last moment hiccups. There are many good makeup artists who would do excellent work while being polite.
