The team got me ready on my wedding and reception day. The makeup was great on both the days. I was quite satisfied with my looks

I had a worst experience with Rekha , I booked her for a bridal makeup after seeing her insta profile, i enquired and continuous followup from her manager , so i blocked the dates 2 months in advance event is suppose to happen on 18 and 19th of Nov/2023. Unfortunately the event got cancelled and within one day i informed them. I paid 10K advance and they said no refund and asking me to avail this for future occasions. 1. Usually makeup artist wont refund because due to last minute cancellation they might loose their business, totally understandable but in my case i cancelled in 1 day and the event schedule is 2 months from the booking date. how can one wait till future occasion with the uncertainty and the advance is huge for me10k. 2. They are not even picking up my call, or proper response and they literally cut the call. Where they called multiple times for booking, cheap mentality people. 3. Let's come to the basic humanity , how can a women loot 10k , without doing anything , eat a, digest and spend the money happily without a guilt , such a heartless, money minded women. Saying that it is a policy , She is morally wrong , not wise , the policy comes after all these. If it is in the policy she will eat 10k for the cancelled event ?that too 2 months later going to happen. Without doing anything at all? I even told her to detect few bugs for the inconvenience. You will find it in the conversation. 4. With this kind on wicked , money minded behaviour , How can teach someone or touch , do a bridal makeup . How will they get good things or learning from her. Bridal makeup should be done with good heart and not money minded wicked , cunning heart like her. 5.I kept my conversation so polite with her even after she said no refund and pleased the stoned hearted women for my hard earned money . She will fake smile in insta but full of cunningness. 6. You all who read may think about the genuineness of this review , i am attaching the screeenshot of money transfer , conversation with her and her manager number here. Let her attach the screenshot of refund to my number 9176677541. if she is genuine. 7.I read all the reviews i found one of her student wrote a worst review about course fee structure and how she is looting money from her student and it got 11 likes , think you guys. 8. I believe in Karma , I know god will punish her with health , business, client , family or students for looting my hard earned ,huge money 10k without doing anything and she will definitely loose huge money . I booked her through mobile conversation and not even met her , so she thought to cheat me just like that. Such a morally wrong women eating 10k money just like that wondering !! there are many good hearted , kind people doing better makeup than her , please don’t believe those instagram posts and reviews , which is all fake and forced to give. 9. Now i am doubting her makeup skills also, understood that negative reviews about bad makeup are very genuine. she will show case with celebrity and do good(signature look)makeup only for them or for class demo . Check the bride's pathetic makeups . Students and brides be aware. I thought not to post, I may or may not get the refund from this cunning women but this is the right to create awareness.
