Worst experience. Lost most of the wedding videos due to hard disk crash and the team showed no empathy. Lied to us initially. Took 90% payment already. Yes, they did try their best to recover. I will give them a thumbs up on that. But when they had to deliver on whatever was recovered, their work was unprofessional in terms of project management and customer experience. They are a young team with good individual talents but lack experience in working as a professional team. Lack the empathy to work in the creative service industry. ------------- Writing after delivery of all items All photographs delivered All video delivered, even though we lost about 75% raw video footage, we had enough to make a 1 hour video which included photographs with animation. It took some time, but the project is closed. This team has a lot of individual talent but needs to work on their project management skills which anyone learns with experience. I'm sure they have gained the experience by now. A lot of our wedding memories got deleted due to the incident, something we won't get back, which I am not saying is their fault completely. Had things been planned better, maybe some of these issues could have been avoided. I'm sure they have reflected back to this incident and made necessary work style changes.
