Loved the user experience and absolute perfection on my wife’s make over. Quality and cost were optimally decided and I would be recommending all my friends and will be booking baby shower makeover in advance :p

The artists here are quite talented, but unfortunately lack flexibility and are quite rigid. It is saddening that they wanted to drop us as clients even after confirming (the date and venue) and being ready to pay advance. They had previously mentioned that they have other clients asking for their services on the same date and I had to confirm that I'll be availing their services. Despite doing that, and being ready to pay, they refused to provide me payment details to make the advance payment and confirm the slot Seems like they had decided to drop us as client and pursue the other client, and had only forced me to make a payment hoping I would refuse and drop them myself. (Oh and the makeup artist did tell me that you should look for another makeup artist directly as well. Only because I couldn't provide the exact time for a date that was 1 month away) my rating is 4.5 because I am sure that they would have provided me great services and I was excited to work with them, but they lacked professionalism, commitment and kindness. Thanks.
