I had the pleasure of getting my makeup done by Jemima for a family wedding in Mumbai in November 2022. From start to finish, my experience with her was nothing short of fantastic. First and foremost, Jemima displayed the utmost professionalism throughout the entire process. From our initial contact to the day of the event, she was prompt in responding to my queries and provided all the necessary information I needed. Her open communication really put me at ease instantly. On the day of the event, she arrived right on time, fully prepared, and with a warm, friendly demeanour. She patiently listened to my preferences and gave me good suggestions, and made sure that my makeup perfectly complemented my outfit and the occasion. She gave me a look that truly highlighted my features while still making me feel like myself. Her artistry skills were simply remarkable, and the final result was beyond my expectations. I received so many compliments, and my makeup remained flawless until the very end of the event. Unfortunately, as it has been several months since the event, I am unable to recollect the name of the hairstylist who accompanied Jemima but shout out to her as well! She was super sweet and positive and gave me a beautiful updo. Both she and Jemima made me feel at home with their friendliness and warmth and I felt relaxed throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend Jemima enough to anyone in need of top-notch makeup services.
