I.H.M Wala is a wedding catering form based out of Jaipur. They know that any event be it your Birthday, Anniversary, Get Together or Wedding is a very important day of your life. I.H.M Wala ensures it’s also one of the best. They understand that if its your wedding , then you would want it to be unique and a little ‘Hatke’. Hence, they do not offer a standardised menu or your run of the mill food. Your menu will be personally curated for you and your needs. From every Indian cuisine imaginable to Chinese, Lebanese, Greek and Thai, they know you want dishes that reflect you.
The founder, Chef Akshay, is an IHM Jaipur graduate and has several years of industry experience at top institutions such as Taj Rambagh Palace and Taj Bengaluru. Renowned for his skill and core understanding of all ingredients, he personally oversees all catering and delivers on the promise they make to you. To underline the commitment they make, they do not take caterings of over 500 people since they want your function to remain truly yours.

Recently, my daughter Anusha, had her intimate wedding held in Jaipur, and all food arrangements was taken care by Chef Akshay and his IHM Wala Team. We can’t thank the team enough for their professionalism, details to the food presentations, layouts, and the fact that chef Akshay would be present at all the functions giving his personal touch at the live stations. Guests were very happy with the variety and flavors. We would love to use their service again in the future.

The best catering service have seen in our life. Everyone in the team from owner Mr. Dushyant to chef Mr. Akshay was very co-operative and helpful and treated us just like family. The food was finger licking good and the process management was spotless. Shoutout to Akshay and his dependable nature!

We had an amazing night full of scrumptious 3 course dinner with great service and commendable hospitality. Such a good experience with IHM catering services, ended the night with a standing ovation to the greatly talented chef Akshay !!!. P.S. Do try the paan kulfi to make your events more memorable and your taste buds to go crazy and brains to shut down the calorie count..Thanks Akshay..Dushyant and the whole team for making our evening so so special and tastefully memorable...!!!!

Sejal and I had our wedding with IHM Wala in Jaipur at an intimate setting in TalaiBagh. The food was delicious. The service was very good as well. Most importantly, Akshay and Dushyant were always present at the venue, making sure that the food is served hot. At times, Akshay was himself cooking at the live counters. Every single meal was mouth watering and all the guests enjoyed the food very much. Akshay and Dushyant were very involved in the curation of the menu with very good suggestions as well. The biggest regret we have is that being the groom, I could not taste all the amazing food. Some of the food items I tasted were best I've ever had. For example, the peshawari Chole were out of this world and so was daal-baati. Thank you Akshay and Dushyant for the great experience. We have already recommended you to a bunch of our friends. Hoping to attend many of your future events.

Food by IHMWala was the star of our wedding in Jaipur. People really relished the simple yet full of flavours food. It isn’t the usual ‘wedding food’ i.e. won’t make you feel full quickly which meant the guests could eat to their hearts’ content. One of the best decisions we made for our intimate wedding celebrations!!!!

Chef Akshay & his IHM Wala Team can never go wrong when it comes to the most delicious fusion food. Their food has always been top notch. His entire team, decor, tables, food layouts, food plating is super presentable. The best part is Akshay himself is at the venue every time taking care of everything which, as host, makes us stress free. We always prefer him over any other caterer in Jaipur & I highly recommend IHM Wala for all your catering needs.
