They are cheat company. They have taken my money in advance and now no response. They have vanished. my money is wasted. Worst service and customer care. They have posted all paid and fake posts of Influencer on social media.

Very bad customer service. For the price you are paying the delivery and service is very bad.

Paid 7500 rs and got rubbish bag … it is just a marketing gimmick .. using influencers on Instagram to show the product… but actually product is seriously poor quality and would be worth 400rs if u want to get it made by ur self with the local market tailor

Guys request you not to buy this bag . M sharing you guys with some screenshot . They have worst customer service ever . I bought a rs 7500 bag from them with my initials in it . They send me a bag with wrong initial n asking me to repair the bag by myself

Worst customer service. Firstly received a damaged bag, to which their team promised a replacement. After couriering the bag back. No reply to messages or calls. After paying 7000 for their bag. This is extremly horrible experience in dealing with their staff. No courtesy on reverting and now they have the bag and the money both. If leather is genuine. Then how does it peel n chip off.
