The most horrible customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They’re unprofessional and doesn’t respond. I ordered my lehenga about a month ago; they accepted my order knowing that I provided a date that I needed this for- they said it will be fulfilled, I never received it. They haven’t even responded to my messages. If they couldn’t fulfill my order from the very beginning, they should’ve informed me but this is beyond ridiculous at this point. Definitely would not recommend.

Two stars (very generous of me) as the outfit was gorgeous. However their customer service doesn't deserve even a star. All messages are left on seen and they are unresponsive and unprofessional. My item was shipped and I wasn't even alerted. I was only advised through the local courier once it arrived in my country. Personally, I would not be recommending this to anyone as I feel that no one should go through a horrible experience with customer service. And Glitter Choli really needs to step-up from saying 'we are receiving an influx of orders hence why customer service is not responding on time. As a business they should be looking into finding a solution and not excuses. I sincerely hope Glitter Choli is able to improve their customer service as their products are of good quality.

Sorry to say ,the dress that I ordered wasn’t as good as I expected seeing the pictures ,and also the skirt color was different from what was told and the fitting was totally off . Overall dint like the service nor the dress I received . A very bad experience on the whole .
