I highly recommend The Refinery for anyone seeking a very kind, knowledgeable, and professional planner to work with for day-of coordination or more long-term planning. I called Avinash about a year before my wedding (which I recommend, because will book up!) looking for a day-of coordinator who could help me pull together final details during the month prior to our wedding and take the edge off of the day itself. Avinash and his (solitaire) team ended up being the perfect match; solitaire team knows the landscape of other local vendors, is easy to reach and always responsive, and to top it off, I found his rates to be more reasonable than other coordinators I considered in the Nashik area. Also in my case, he was kind enough to look at a couple venues with me last year because hadn't seen them in person before,he vision and smart questions made decisions go much more smoothly than they would have otherwise. stayed in touch over the following months, always happy to answer my questions about rentals, catering, seating arrangements, and whatever else. A few weeks before the wedding, I felt completely comfortable handing the baton over to his so that I didn't have to answer the deluge of vendor emails and calls. On the day before and day of, Avinash and solitaire team were just lovely to have around. I felt completely at ease with the idea that if some sort of glitch came up-- which, believe me, they always do--, it was covered!! Such a fun day, thanks to them. If you are someone who likes to plan events, plan ahead, and communicate your wishes in detail, but you ultimately want to enjoy a relaxed day with family and friends, The Refinery will make your day 150% more enjoyable if you make the smart choice of asking them to be your day-of coordinators! Amazing wedding entry experience. We made best part of our wedding video because of this fire solitaire. Staff is so co-operative. My wedding got 30 minutes late still they waited without any excuse. All the guidelines were given to photographer in advance for the perfect video. They added a special touch to my wedding. People please don't hesitate to buy their services
