Finesse

Finesse is an excellent boutique if you want to feel insulted! Have you ever seen a shop owner that outrightly denies to give you service? Inspite of you willing to pay the desired amount. Welcome to Finesse Boutique, on Waltair Main Road, in Vizag. I reached Visakhapatnam few months back. Coming from Mumbai, I was really looking for a boutique that gives good dress material and great stitching. First time I visited this boutique, the owner denied service to me. She said she doesn't stitch dress material purchased from outside. I thought it was fair. Few days later, I realized that she was stitching blouses for two of my friends who also purchased the material from outside. When my friends spoke to her, she catered to my needs. Apparently, the owner here, Ms. Girija, works only when someone recommends your name. Anyway, she stitched some dresses for me but her arrogance and attitude was always sky rocketed. And she has no respect for customers. During my third visit, she insulted me in front of other customers. And made me feel low. Highly disappointed. Being a Psychologist, I can surely say that such attitude indicates Narcissism (inflated sense of self importance), moodiness and total lack of empathy for others.
