This was my second visit to the shop for my wedding shopping. We bought multiple outfits for family members and were promised that a fresh piece would be made on each persons measurements. Advance payments and time was given in order for a perfect dress for the wedding. You have to visit them multiple times because they are horrible at alterations and tailoring. The tailor notes down every thing wrong. They mixed up my mother and my dress in size and didn’t even realise it didn’t match the measurements mentioned. The only thing I could get out of them was my lehenga which after multiple tries I got it to perfection but we had to return few dresses and take some as it is because due to massive waiting time we had no time to stitch a new dress for the event. This was my worst experience at dimple fashions. Their salesman change everyday and they blame it on the previous one. Once an order is placed then it’s the stores responsibility to fulfill it, not the salesman. After buying clothes Aed 8000 they treat you horribly as if you’re asking them for more which is not the case. You have paid for the outfit and it’s for your special day you want it to be perfect. The tailor has no sense and I believe has never altered or stitched anything because there is no shape in the dress at all. Would not visit here again. The refund process is also cumbersome. They have great designs and collections but if your size is readily available pick it up and leave or else don’t purchase it. Multiple outfits the hooks and Doris came out while wearing them. Not great quality. Don’t go for the tailoring aspect.
