Worst place ever! If you want to ruin your wedding shopping then only step in this place. I placed a lehenga order for my wedding lehenga. The design they show and samples and the final piece are very different. They change the entire design and spaced the entire thing out. They’ll not leave any time for doing any correct or rectification. They’ll just keep delaying and even pass the delivery deadline saying they have a lot of orders. They have very very bad embroidery artists. They will spoil your wedding day. About all this the staff was is extremely rude and had a very disgusting behaviour. They have no manners to talk. But they completely ruined my lehengas. My order was taken by PRERNA and not once she came and apologised for her mistakes. I am never stepping in this place and I suggest you dont too. 0 on management 0 on customer service 0 on attitude towards customer 0 on being on time for delivery If there was an option to give them minus I would!

Hi selected a bridal lehnga here it's good but blouse fitting is horrible after giving 4 times for rectification and in pressence of the owner still the blouse was not fixed , very bad and unprofessional attitude.. will not recommended anyone to buy a lehenga here ..

Highly disappointed!!!Worst bridal Lehenga a Bride would have ever received! The Lehenga has no flare at all, and was completely different to what I tried, they delivered it in a plastic packet which had no covers no hangers nothing, just like an ordinary dress brought from a local vendor!!! They should not brag about their brand as they do no justice to their bridal outfits at all

I got my bridal dress from Ayra.I would like to say that there Collection is amazing and very unique.I received 1000s of compliments for my wedding lehenga it truly was amazing. There handwork is Unique and Is nowhere to be seen except in Ayra. I am a happy customer.

This store has a very unique shopping experience and a good lehenga collection. However, the quality of their customer service and products leaves much to be desired. Despite agreeing to alter a sample piece blouse to my measurements, they did not alter this at all. The choli was at least 2 inches bigger than the original measurement given, finishing was incomplete (e.g., raw threadwork still on the blouse), and deep neckline that made the product completely unwearable. They also delivered the product later than agreed, and hence did not leave me time to re-try and have the blouse altered. If you need something done quickly, please do not waste your time at this store and go else where. There are several other stores that do not compromise on quality and yet deliver a wonderful product in a short period of time (less than 1 week).

Ayra Ohhh god I was so worried about my bridal outfit and was searching for more than a month and than I came across this boutique and than the outfit was stuck in my mind and after seeing the outfit I still had gone to other places if I could get better but no this was the best I could ask for and made me look the best ❤️

I took my bridal lehenga from Ayra and for me it was lovely at first sight. Never thought buying a bridal lehenga in Mumbai would be so easy. The entire team, especially Komal and Shreeman,are very very courteous and friendly. Would recommend all brides to definitely visit once.

If you are looking for bride collection then visit Ayra they have very good collection and even you can customize with your choice. The owners and staff will make you so comfortable and even they are very helpful. If you want something unique and classy than visit Ayra.

I am always scared of doing any customisation as usually I jad bad experiences, but at Ayra they made me so comfortable and made me understand how the outfit will turn out to be. Really kind and soft spoken staff. I am really happy with their work and my outfit turned out to be mesmerizing 🤩 Thank you! just a note, during covid everyone usually gives a mask that too for wedding attire, but here you need to specially mention it as they don't make it for matching attire last moment
