Extremely unprofessional! No proper address no communication. They didn’t respond on time

These guys are a scam. We purchased clothes for our wedding that were delivered AFTER our wedding. We had to rush and overpay for replacement clothes. But even when we opened the package, it did not even have our full order. It was missing the groom's outfit and bridesmaids dresses. Even if we got our order on time, the bridesmaids wouldn't even have their outfits!! They refused to provide a refund. SCAM artists! Then they blocked us from their social media. Notice how there's no reviews on their social (FB, Insta, or website).. This is why. Listen to everyone else here, and AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Absolutely ridiculous service. I had so much trust in this vendor, but they ended up ruining it very well with their work and customer service. When I went for the trial they there were a lot of corrections. They said they would send me the pictures once rectified and ship it in 3 days. I waited for a week and when asked they said the lehenga was already shipped. When again asked for pictures and tracking number they stopped responding. We had to call from unknown numbers to get hold of them and later found out the lehenga was never shipped. I was lucky enough that my fiance was still in Mumbai so they could we-fast(same day delivery) Had it not been this case I would have never received my lehenga as my wedding was not In Maharashtra. The story doesn’t end here, after we received the package we were disappointed to see the work. One day left for the wedding events and my fiancé somehow managed to fix things for me with the help of a local tailor/designer. A huge appreciation to this tailor who took 4 hours in the night to go look for the right accessories for my lehenga. We ended up paying so much extra because Aynaa people did not get it right. My order for viel was also not done correctly. Nothing was done as discussed and yet they have the audacity to ask you for the remaining payment and not showing any apologetic behavior. I am glad I did not pay for the veil, and waited until we received it, which was an absolute trash. Not paying a single penny for the veil. Their work might look good. But don’t trust these folks. They do not value your time, your efforts. This has been my experience and a lot of other brides now that I read so many reviews. I wish I knew this earlier. They DO NOT care about your wedding, all they want is your money.

⛔⛔⛔Beware of this company!!! Their work may look nice but they are sending me my wedding outfit AFTER my wedding will be over. Now I'm stuck last minute without an outfit for this weekend and they refuse to give a refund!! Do NOT trust this company.⚠️⚠️⚠️When I ordered my outfit, I told them that my wedding would be 3 weeks before the actual date and even then they managed to be 4 weeks late on my outfit and now my wedding will be over before anything shows up. I wish I could give them as 0 star. They ruined my wedding day

SCAM! They don’t respond to the calls or texts after send money. They don’t do the outfit we ordered instead they just do whatever they want and lie about the instructions we give to them. Ruchi from the team took advance amount for 4 outfits and she didn’t even start working on them. It has been 6weeks already. 3-weeks time is what they gave me for delivery which they failed to do so for my wedding. Don’t believe the google reviews. I don’t have any photos to add because they didn’t not send any even though I keep asking them to send. She said she has done lot of orange colored lehangas which I ordered but she never sent me any pictures to see.

Awful company. My wedding is this SUNDAY! Aynaa promised us delivery of all our outfits before the wedding! THEY ONLY JUST NOW SHIPPED THEM and they will not arrive on time. And they conveniently are not returning our calls or texts. After reading the other reviews, sounds like we're not alone. Instead of answering their calls, they are deleting our comments on their Instagram and Facebook posts. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Bride and groom outfits, groomsmans, parents all trusted to this SCAM company.

They are a bunch of arrogant, lying, peddling scammers. Shubham from Aynaa got in touch with me for 8 outfits for my family for 18th September. They asked for an advance deposit of $3000 (1.8L INR), for 8 outfits, and he committed to sending my outfits a week before 18th September. I asked NUMEROUS times for updates and pictures of work in progress but never was I ever shown pictures or work in progress of all of my outfits. I was shown picture of work in progress for a Jayanti Reddy inspired Yellow lehenga for my mother i n law with a colour coordinating sherwani for my Father in law. I protested at the colour which looked more like a canary mickey mouse yellow rather than the mustard gold JR yellow of which I had sent them a picture, but they did not listen to me, instead assured me that its the same shade as a JR yellow. They never showed me finished pictures of the bride's outfit, or any of the 4 sherwanis. They did not show me finished pictures of my lehenga or the one for my MIL. They infact, DID NOT DELIVER by september 18th. I was in a desperate mood and I offered to swap outfits for my events, so I could wear the Aynaa outfits for the last event in the wedding sequence, on 25th September. One of their stupid employees (Ruchira Jhunjhunwala) actually had the stupid arrogance to tell me to change the wedding date because these people could not deliver on time. How can one change the wedding date ?? And then they kept saying it will be delivered, ir will reach, on sept 14, shubham tells me to start hounding his Boss, Rahul who is so arrogant, i dont know how he doesnt hvae horns on his head. Because shubham couldnt get it done on time, he asked me to text Rahul to get my order out. I received 1 outfit in a wrong colour after the 18th of september. I had protested about this colour (see the screenshot, and tell me how are they the same colour from the picture I sent them. They even agreed its wrong colour and they will fix it). On 22 september (4 days after my original event), I received two outfits, out of the the bride's outfit was not stitched properly and I had to take it a tailor 1 day before the wedding to get it fixed. And today is september 27th, you check this tracking number in the screenshot today, and see, FedEX website says they will update information after they receive the package - it means Aynaa never even shipped the rest of the 5 outfits to me.... because they know it wont make it to Canada in time for 25th, and so I wont be paying them, so they kept telling me that it was shipped on September 20th, but it never was. Anybody can create a shipping label online, but the clothes were never handed over for courier. And now they are asking for their balance payment whereas in fact, they only provided one good outfit (out of 8), and they have $3000 from me (that outfit is worth only 23500 INR or $400). They owe me $2600 because 5 outfits have not arrived (and my family functions are over), 1 was of wrong colour and 1 arrived half stitched. And then on top of that they should give me compensation for the mental harrassment they put me and 7 other members of my family through. When I and those members of my family are writing review for them, they are texting me and asking me not to write negative reviews, where as you can see in the screenshot how pathetically Shubham is apologizing to me for the "pain" he and his boss has caused us during our family wedding events. You can see in the pictures how many times I called them, and they didnot pick up. How many times I asked them for updates on my clothes (near my event) and Rahul nor shubham replied. And how they misled me by saying again and again that clothes have shipped whereas they couldnt reply in affirmative to confirm it. I went crazy trying to get a reply from them, and conveniently Shubham happened to be in the hospital - even if he is not lying - isnt it the responsibility of the owner of Aynaa to make sure that if his employee is in the hospital, his orders to his customers are STILL fulfilled on time and correctly? Otherwise they should refund the money no ? Why are they asking me to pay the balance... Can they use that fedex tracking number and post a screenshot of the fedex website claiming that the 5 outfits were ever (let alone on time) delivered to Rashi Gupta? If they cant, they should close shop and find another profession instead of scamming innocent people who are going through the stressful process of coordinating family weddings during a very emotional time of their lives.

They are a scam company which doesn’t creates a false expression of their work and time. After taking an order , they stop replying near the date of delivery, keep the customer waiting and incapacitated state with no response on order. They lied about their delivery shipments and put the plane of FedEx. Would never recommend such a. Service to anyone!

Choosing the wedding outfit is one of the most difficult decision but as soon as I entered their store, I knew I'm going to end up buying my wedding outfit from here. I'm so happy with their collection and the choices they have to offer us brides. The fitting was perfect and the delivery of the outfit was right on time. Great team and work.

Aynaa World from Mumbai. I found them online and ended up ordering online as well (owing to travel restrictions). They did a wonderful job making my lehenga and kept me in the loop all along. Highly recommended. Source
