PATHETIC BRAND, Yes!! Happened with me too! I paid 78000 for an outfit and they made the wrong size delivered it just 2 days before the function after me consistently begging them for the due date!! Yet I couldn’t wear it at all! I later went back to get it fixed they refused to fix it nor did they return a penny back! They blocked me on social media when I tried to reach out!! PATHETIC BRAND! Don’t invest in them they treat there customers horribly no sense of business only trying to mint money..

Pathetic experience! I spent a bomb on their outfit ordered it and they sent wrong sizes now they’re not helping with anything nor the sizes nor do they want to refund the money they don’t even provide basic customer care of responding to mails they don’t even pick up your calls and when you helplessly try to reach out to them online they start blocking you everywhere! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM! Other brands are much better atleast they give you basic respect and proper customer care!

Choosing the outfit is one of the most difficult decision but as soon as I entered their store, I'm so happy with their collection and the choices they have to offer us brides. The fitting was perfect and the delivery of the outfit was right on time. Great team and work.
