Our event was in January and we had contacted them in October. They were very prompt with their initial response and very helpful in giving us ideas and understood what we wanted. But the actual coordination was only done 2 days before the event which we felt was rushed and hence there were certain details which were missed. But overall the venue was decorated well and the stage decoration was done very well.

We got the contact of Zig Zag accidentally but that was the best thing happened ever. They have the best team who understands our taste completely and give outputs more than what we expected. They are very flexible and budget friendly too. In a wedding we will have a lot to worry about. If you go for Zig Zag decors, trust me there is no need of worrying about decorations. Excellent work on given budget. Listens to our ideas patiently. Willing to do rework patiently if something wasn’t satisfied. Missed out some details but I m satisfied with the decorations on the big day.
