Zartari Couture

Had a very disappointing experience with Zartari. They gave us the saree without pico and without any finishing, threads came off from the end of the saree. While collecting the saree when we raised this concern to the staff, the owner was also present but didn’t care and just walked off from there as if their job is done since the customer has already paid money for the saree. They don’t care about customer satisfaction and just want to sell off their average looking sarees at a very high price. Very rude, incompetent and arrogant staff. Jahnvi called us when we posted review and was asking why we posted negative review. Google reviews are there to share experience, make other people aware and this should be taken as a feedback by the owner, staff. If so many people are posting negative reviews about customer service then please show some professionalism and IMPROVE your customer service by paying attention to what customer says and wants.

Zartari to begin with is the worst brand and worst shop to begin with. The staff is super argumentative the owner is rude and has no sense of how to behave with his customers. Bought a saree for my sister's wedding and the owner, staff and the karagirs of the shop ruined her saree totally. They handed over a defective piece to us and when asked to look into it the owner said us that "you may do what ever you wanna do but under no circumstances the saree will be returned, exchanged or refunded". Worst place to buy apparel for your wedding or function. Never recommending this place to anyone.

Good service when you go to buy products but it gets degraded when you call up for the updates. When I called for the delivery, representative Pooja said I completely forgot your delivery. They should have some matured representative to handle their clients. I purchased Lehenga costed 1L+, Nauwari Saree 24K and two designer blouse costed 24.5K. I supposed to receive a delivery by 12:30pm buy received it at 8:45pm after multiple follow ups. I hope you take this feedback on a positive note and have some action items for after sale service. Zartari Couture is an amazing place for wedding shopping They have a huge collection and all the designs look lovely. Bridal collection is worth every penny and their services are also prompt. I loved everything I got and couldn't be more happy about it. It was all delivered to me in time.

They have got exclusive collection of silk sarees. I did an online purchase for my sisters wedding and i am fully satisfied with the quality. They have unique collection. I suggest this as a one stop for wedding shopping.
