White Water Events

I have just one word for the White Water team?s service: Excellent. Vishal and his team understood our requirements really well. They worked with us dedicatedly for two months, making sure that the entire planning and implementation was foolproof. Each member of the White Water team worked round the clock and was available to assist us any time. From the nimbu cheeni for the Mehndi to all our logistics requirements, Vishal and his team took care of everything without any hiccoughs. We called Vishal for every little thing and in spite of knowing that some of these things were not part of his job, he was always there to assist us with a smile. Even during the planning stages, I had only given him hints as to what kind of dcor I would like. He showed me options to choose from and the outcome was even better than what I was shown. He added little things here and there to have some surprise elements for us. If something has been conveyed to Vishal, consider it done (that too with a smile). All our guests praised all the arrangements and the hospitality they received from Vishal and his team. It is because of them that we had this wonderful wedding with lots of memories to cherish for a lifetime. Just to give an example of their exemplary service: On the wedding day, we had organized a lunch by the pool. Suddenly out of nowhere, thousands of honeybees attacked the venue resulting in a lot of chaos and mayhem. Vishal and his team were quick to respond to the situation. They immediately moved all the guests and food arrangements indoors, tracked every single guest and had an ambulance ready at the resort with a team of doctors - all within a span of 10-15 minutes. They made sure to call each and every room to check for any injuries and made sure that all affected were immediately treated and received medications. Within an hour or so, all was under control and by evening, all the guests had forgotten about the incident.

Thanks to Vishal & his team for pulling off our all the functions so well. They are innovative, fresh & full of fun ideas and made my event a great success. Whole team is so friendly and warm that it never looked like we hired them, they always gave a feel like family who is just taking all our stress away and made sure the whole wedding goes smoothly.
