Wedding Shedding

Very unprofessional, we made a big mistake of getting our wedding covered by him, he delivered the album after a lot of follow ups and that is also not good as the colors are dark and the sequence of events is wrong, he told me it’s a printing mistake he will get it corrected, it’s been more than 2 months I’m following up with him but he is not responding
