Wedding Book

Worst experience of dealing with a service provider. To put simply they are charging customer in advance to give you guranted pain, mental stress for unlimited times. They are skilled to mesh-up even a simple straight work....and come up with the golden word "sorry" but without any awareness and acknowledgement that they have done something wrong. I will highly recommend this group if you want to come across a set of people who talks sweetly but doesn't do what they say. I know The feedback in the video (posted on their social platform) says completely different picture but this was our mistake too. The feedback was just after the wedding and before delivery of any of the items as per the contract with "wedding book". The execution of taking pictures went well because it was a controlled environment. Wherever there was external factors, this team stood blank. they were not able to capture any moments. They are not at all prepared and trained to handle Indian weddings. They can only work for photoshoots.....inside a studio or something. That was the day, this team showed their true attitude. Not even a single deliverables (not even reels) were providers on time. They took 6 months to create 1st reel and 11 months for photo album (soft copy only) and wedding video. In this timeline also, we were the one who did all the editing, designing and all. The only difference between us and their team was that...they had the paid version of editing software. Only access to paid version of software was there contribution. We had to convey same set of corrections at-least 5-6 times to get it corrected....because their capability says 1 tiny task at one go. This was after we did manual work of highlighting all corrections by taking screenshots, making notes (with timestamp, page no). For all these deliverables, they dont manage working capital too. Because of which we had to pay them in advance for each work (which was against the contract, which they themselves had framed). Unless we paid them in advance they halted the work. The last leg ... Photo frames.. They delayed my dispatch by 10 days...and the reason was they wanted Rs. 500 in advance (courier charges) after we already have done payment of 90k in advance. By this only you can understand their cheapness. They didnt start the work untill we signed his custom made contract whivh says all delivaries will be made within 45 days.....but in actual they completed delivery in 330 days ...adhering to none of the contract terms, no acknowledgement for there mistake...0% rebate in prices for their repitive mistakes. I am taking this much effort of writing this long feedback beacuse i don't want others to fall for their sweet talkings and false portfolios (they used other photohraphers portfolio while taking order....weren't able to deliver even 50% of what they portrayed). Don't waste your money. Pay for only that services which you are availing.

It was the best decision ever made by choosing you guys to capture our special day. Thank you to the whole team for such awesome experience. Polite and courteous team with professional attitude...you guys are going to be our first choice for any of our special days for life.

I had my wedding photography done by wedding book and am quite happy with the overall experience. The entire team was very professional and made the whole shoot experience very easy on us. Sourav was very good with coming up with new ideas to pose and shoot and also welcomed our own ideas and implemented the same. Overall the pictures came out really nice and am satisfied with the experience as we had support from them even after few months of the wedding for any changes/requirements in post production. Would highly recommend.

Best at the buisness and lite on the pockets. What more does anyone can ask for? But the sincerity and quality of their work deserves a special applause as well. It was all in all a seemless and satisfactory experience. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE WHO'S LOOKING FOR QUALITY OVER QUANTITY.

Hats of to Saurish & Shourabh..and also Joyeeta diii .. They support and guide the clients so well.. My pre wedding shoot was awesome just because of these guys...
