The lady behind this booming brand is as creative as she can get. She can transform a venue/event into a completely magical paradise. We chose Wedcrafter for all original and refreshing ideas that was put through and it had a very personalized touch. The venue decor was praised and attendees were overwhelmed by the exuberant work of art. We had the Haldi, Sangeet and Cocktail. All 3 events were managed very professionally and there was absolutely no flaw whatsoever. I was the happiest to see that my brother had the best of his time while being hitched. A child's first birthday is always special for the parents. It was no different for us. My vision became reality thanks to wedcrafter.All I had to do was tell them what I had in mind and it was executed beautifully. The theme for the party was butterfly and floral. The options swaroopa came up with was mind boggling. The patience and dedication with which she helped us put this party together was commendable. The constant updates,giving us options and making sure she delivers more than what she promises is what makes wedcrafter stand apart from the others. The personal touch that is added is what makes the entire process memorable. Our initial phone calls instinctively told me that in Swaroopa we were going to have a prompt, professional and creative planner. After our first meeting we knew we had chosen right! We could trust her- to manage the aesthetics we wanted, while providing us more ideas to suit our brief, but most importantly respecting our budget and treating it with the same importance of a big budget wedding. Yet, little did we expect Swaroopa to go the many extra miles, quite literally! When our wedding venue in Coonoor fell through just 6 months before the wedding after we had closed all planning, we had the stressful task of starting over and Swaroopa rose to the challenge like an angel. Multiple trips to Coonoor, helping us to the best of her abilities and then some more! By the end, not only did we have a beautiful wedding and an amazing planner but a friend for life. Need I say more on why I would choose Swaroopa and WedCrafter over and over again?

Since day one, Swaroopa took us through the intricacies of the wedding prep with an equal measure of professionalism and genial touch. Although we were based in the U.A.E., there was total transparency in the communication and at no point did we feel lost nor burdened with the preparation stress. With a positive “Can Do” attitude, Swaroopa absorbed all our requests through the prep stages and even the last minute requests with a calm demeanor and a warm smile. As a side mention, the team proactively took down our caterer’s number and synchronized on space and mutual material usage, without us even needing to lift a finger.
