By far the most unprofessional business I’ve ever had the nightmare to deal with. Where I live there is a scarcity of Indian attire for events, so I decided to order from Walia Jones, a company from overseas. After purchasing my $400.00 lehenga for my sister in law’s wedding, Walia Jones informed me that they would be delaying my order due to covid mailing restrictions. Fine, I told myself I will wait, my sister-in-law’s wedding is months away. As it turns out Walia Jones significantly delayed my order, however I still decided to continue to wait like a loyal customer for my order. I would then continue to wait forever as my order was shipped, not stolen from my front door, and yet somehow my package was still delivered. I reached out to Walia Jones for a refund or reorder of my purchase considering I had waited so long as loyal customer. Well the loyalty was not returned, when confronted about this matter they proceeded to blame the mail carrier and stated they would not refund me or re-issue my order. Nooo, instead they said it wasn’t there problem and took my money. When I decided to reach out to the mail company, they stated they would only reimburse me if the package was insured by the idiot company who sent my package. Walia Jones is an irresponsible company that doesn’t insure your upmost important packages, delays your mail, is solely interested in taking your money; they don’t care as long as they get paid. I was ready to order two more lehengas from them, however after this incident I absolutely hate this company and will be informing all guest at the wedding, NOT to purchase from this company.

I was so relieved I found Waliajones for my wedding! With a great website, wide range of designs and awesome customer service I was able to find my perfect wedding lengha. Garima was extremely helpful and prompt with replying to my emails. I highly recommend!!!
