WBI Weddings

I would rather give him a zero. He moves around with a team of 5 6 people carrying laptop ppts which is a complete brainwash. The decor was completely useless. He takes full advance payment so beware . Since he has designed the contract like that. He uses old worn out items which are worse to look at. His decoration is not what he promises. He engages in lot of cost cutting. Instead of 3 chandelier he used one for the main stage which was an embarrassing moment for us as the stage became dull. Instead of 3 sets he provided only 2 torn set of phera chairs. The carpet put on the stage was dirty. Lights were not working. Phera decoration was worthless. Heaters provided by him were not working. Pholun ki chadar which was suppose to have a decoration of white flowers with red roses was all white with 2 3 red roses hanging randomly. It is a tragedy to have such unprofessional people in the marriage market. If you are reading this consider me your well wisher and don’t go for him. This is a comment right from a mother who could do nothing about the decoration. We have already got him blacklisted from the hotel. Serves him well and hopefully will prevent such disasters.

Highly unprofessional, unreliable and inexperienced staff (Rishi & Sahil specifically). They ruined the decor as well as the timings of my wedding. Attached is one sample picture. 1st image of the stage is what I asked for and 2nd image is what was delivered. Such a cheap version that too for 1 lakh (just for this stage). There are more blunders too. - In all our meetings, for planning the decor for the wedding day, we ourselves had to set up the meeting, prepare the powerpoint slides and did the research on designs. They did not even have the courtesy to take notes of what we are discussing/finalizing and hence the mess was visible on the wedding day. And hence UNPROFESSIONAL. Also, took weeks to reply to our emails. - They were supposed to finish the decor by 7 pm on the wedding day and that was the time for guests to arrive. But guess what? The staff was so unorganized and UNRELIABLE that they were working till 9 pm in the banquet, even when guests started coming. - INEXPERIENCED as the designs that I requested and the actual setup that I got were entirely different. The execution of my perfect wedding designs was crappy and the poorest version anyone could get. - Changed the table centerpiece design at the last moment that battery operated fairy lights are not available. Though I saw the same type of lights in Shahpurjat, Delhi while shopping for my wedding. But they charged a hefty amount for everything that too all in advance. Then I realized that they were just getting the clients because of the well-chosen location - Inside Vivanta by Taj. Taj staff told us that they have received similar complaints from other customers too. Truly disappointing. Regret to choose them.

WBI made my dream marriage into reality. You think of what you want for your wedding and they make it happen. They did my wedding and reception decor and it was beautiful. Everyone was mesmerised by the beautiful decor put by them and they sure know how to give a professional and personal touch to everything. Thanks WBI for making my wedding dream true.

Wbi pulled out a spectacular show at my wedding in Sri Lanka. Everything was on point. The decor was superb and absolutely aligned to what we wished for. There is not a single thing I can think of which they could have done better. Great job guys!
