This woman is a fraud. Please avoid. I had to cancel my wedding due to covid-19 and notified her many months in advance. Yet, she did not refund my money and didn't give prompt responses. I have been trying to get a refund since Feb 2020, with no results. She is very good at lying, making up fake stories and get your sympathy, but those are all excuses to not refund your money. Beware! Especially if you don't live in Chennai.
