Utsav Events and Wedding Planner

Worst worst experience with him. this is not a group or any wedding planning company its just one guy Lokesh singh Nakwal his name is. So it started like this , we live in Canada and from here we were looking for vendors for our wedding in December. we found some on wed me good they all sent us qoutations including Utsav events. we got in contact with guy Lokesh. He is based from Kota and i am sure he now that he hasn't done any good wedding planning or anything. but he would day so that he has done many weddings in big resorts and all but its all lie. he would give u lowest quotes and will send u all the pictures that he can do this decor in this budget and all. and is very good with talking. and what he would do is he would sub contract the whole thing to someone local in ur town for very cheap. so the other person wont do good job. He did same thing with us and the other local vendor told us himself that this is how Lokesh from utsav events works he will take contract and then subcontract is for very cheap and he wont recieve ur calls. He asked for advance money we gave him 75% in advance and then his way of talking and evrything changed. At our location in Udaipur he didnt show up and sent this other guy. they didn't do 40% of the decor what we agreed with lokesh. then this other person Tushar in udaipur realised that lokesh has taken most money in advance and he may not give him his money then he started cutting cost. he did one decor for haldi and he finished it so late that we could not do our mehandi function at all and never changed theme and then even sangeet in same decor he didnt change it at all. and he stopped the music and everything and said he needs whole money rights there otherwise he wont start sangeet night untill then. It was so stressfull we gave him the money 100% that night and they were supposed to change the theme for neat day for wedding day. They didnt even changed that the same set up was still there till morning. when i woke up and realised its still same and the guy said ab to nai hoga change. we had to deal with that stress on our wedding day. i made them to change it a lil and they did half of the job and hmara muhrat b nikal gya wedding fera ka it was so late, upar se half tent was open from above and we had to do Feras in half tent set up. we have pictures of everything , didnt decor entry gate or Chadar for bridal entry nothing hme Sari use krni pdi us moment me and Tushar his friend he left from there q k bhot sara kaam adhura rkha tha and never came back after that and this utsav event guy was laughing on phone and didn't take any responsibility. who ever is reading this this is 100% truth. i am writing this in my busy schedule just necause i dont want anybody else to go through this on their special day. If you dont want to ruin ur wedding day please dont hire him at all. Hire ur local in ur town thats my advice for u. And utsav enents stop playing with peoples special day celebration. it only comea once and u know that u can not do any wedding. u r not a professional wedding planner u know that. stop scamming people and find another work. and anybody reading this he will try his bedt to co convince u ki hamne ye kiya wo kiya ham jotth bol rhe h hamne late kiya event me ye wo but believe me its all lie just to keep doing this. This is a fraud planner, everyone please be aware. He took money and we had decided on 4 set ups for pool party, haldi -mahendi, Sangeet and wedding. Lokesh did not show up at the venue at all, he sent some guy name tushar who is even bigger fraud. We had paid 75% of in advance. The day one set up was ok for a pool party. But he did not even do 10% of decided decor for main events. Our haldi was supposed to start at 9 am and he started setting up the mandap at 8 am, eventually haldi started at 1:30 pm. We had skip mahendi all together. He did not change anything for sangeet. But Tushar said he will not do any set unless we pay him more money now .. just before sangeet. Lokesh the main event guy had his phone switched off.. So we paid him some money on the spot. Sangeet went ok. At night we had a 30 min talk about the wedding mandap set up for next day and he said yes it will happen. Next day our muhurat was 10:45 and 9 am there was the same set up, we called tushar and he said the set up will not change. We had hired this planner since 6 months before the wedding. And we had decided upon each and every little detail but he at the last moment he did not even get the foolo ki chadar for the bridal entry.. we had to use a dupatta for my entry, and tushar was no where to be found. The mandap was only half covered. He totally ruined our wedding. Do not recommend these guys at all. They have no respect for the biggest day of your life.

It was nice experience . And the service is very good . And people are very cooperative and supportive . Very creative and amazing decorations .

Ankita chaudhary and giriraj singh both husband wife didnt have money for arrange their wedding thats why they were not pay me my money i have all proof as ppt excel sheet , call recordings , whatsapp chat and mail. We also have term sheet there already mentioned for the full payment before the event but mr giriraj singh didn’t pay us and according to excel sheet he did so many changes on the spot like we had word for the gajibo 40x60 and he said we want this gajibo 120x150 and then how it could be possible even they finished their sangeet at 4am how can we change this huge setup for the next event on 8’am not possible

It was such a nice experience, management was so good there was no end time problems, everything was pre arranged even the extras and the decorations was amazing different from the common ones ,really well planned and executed event planner
