Hi Everyone, this review has been on hold since a long time but the unprofessionalism showed by the team has been exemplary. They promised to give the deliverables by Jan 23 and since then till date have only been postponing the delivery. After a lot of struggle , They had put up only one draft which was so pathetic that I had to ask them to change it and then the process of delaying restarted. I would specially like to name the owner (probably) Mr Kamal to whom I have been speaking who is a sweet person to talk to, but that's it. It looks like He hasn't spend any effort towards my project because all i have got is a new date for delivery. And he tells me that they are working hard to build my deliverable to a certain standard but that can't be the case for 6 months. I am sure they will say that we didn't select the photos. But what about videos. Also my marriage was in May 2019 and we selected and sent photos only November 22. They agreed to deliver by Jan 23 and asked for the complete payment of the balance 20% plus additional amount which we both agreed. Now it's been May 2023, 06 months they have delayed citing that there are others in queue. Also it gets interesting here that Mr Kamal tells me that he ( as a vendor ) has also waited for 3 years so I (as a customer) should also wait. I personally think that they are short staffed and low on budget and that is why unable to meet the requirements. I advise people not to take their services and if you do have to take it, please be cautious with the payments. Also I will keep posting regarding the progress of my project and standard of the videos. A very bad and harrassing experience overall.

We had the honour of having Team US-FIlms at our wedding and they are incredible. From the beautiful engagement shoot to the authentic Rajasthani wedding, they had a challenge with all the venues and people but they did it with complete chilliness and style. Most talented team we have come across. Everyone at the wedding was impressed by the prewedding film they shot for my sister. Was more like a Bollywood production. Their lovestory was captured in such cinematic manner that we were actually surprised with joy. Mr. Sagar is very experienced and a very crafty camera man. Along with his skills of direction, he is a very good concept/ story teller which shows in his work. We are very happy with the photographs they have delivered of my sisiters wedding function and the videos are just beautiful. Thank you Ujjwal sir. We wish you the very best for your future.

Had an absolutely fabulous experience with USfilms - right from pre-wedding shoot to couple photography for wedding rituals. Highly professional team with great editing skills. 100% trusted them throughout the process and loved that Ujjwal was always responsive to all my calls and texts, the only bad part is it took 3 months to get delivered, Special appreciation for ashutosh and kamal for creating such a fantastic wedding vibes and albums.

Well, we selected US films having seen the reviews here ... But what a seriously ill managed group they are. They stood us up and delivered the deliverables after two years of our marriage. Shubha and Shreyansh got married on 30 Jan 2020 and recieved the deliverables in Feb 2022. It seemed like the owner either fired people or they left this group of their own accord as we kept on discussing with different persons all through till we got the deliverables. The pre-wedding video was awesome. However, the owner was not seen only during the functions of Sangeet and haldi. He, thereafter, made a guest appearance on the wedding day with little significance on the outcome. The wedding video is the opposite of "creative". Amongst the deliverables was the most awaited cinematographic video, where as we received only a wedding trailer and a full length wedding video with no editing .... just some random songs added upon. It would have been better if one chooses them for traditional video. Their so called "cinematic" video was kinda mundane with abysmal choice of songs at such bad times. Guys please don't waste your money and time with them.

US-Films doesn't just take photographs, they create beautiful works of art, and to be a part of their art is an absolute honor. One of the best decisions we made. The team and specially Ujjwal Ji make you comfortable. The team gels up so well making them invisible and helping them capture stunning candid pictures. We are glad to have asked them to capture our day and could not have been happier with the exquisite pictures they took. The team is patient and energetic. The pictures they took of us, our loved ones and the day just constantly bring a smile to our faces! Thank you Team USFilms
