We received our suit from Turquoise after 3 alterations because they didn’t care about following the measurements that they had taken ( for two suits)and then they had the audacity ask us to wait so that they alter it. First suit they decided the only way to fix was to do some patchwork, However for second - Chikankari suit even they couldn’t deny that alterations WERE NEEDED because it was 2 whole sizes down from the actual measurements.Ordered in September- First fitting in December- pathetic. Second fitting in Jan- no change. Third fitting they sent it to use because we were sick and tired of travelling for fittings and lost all hope. In the process of these alterations the Chikankari fabric was damaged with the mirrors that were embroidered on the fabric were LITERALLY falling off and they did superficial work on it even though we had clearly told them that if the fabric cannot be fixed we do not want it anymore. However Mrs. Simran gave us her word that the outfit will be good as new and it’s not even near what we were committed. Truly disappointed. We are stuck with this half a lakh worth of useless suit now.They don’t even deserve one star honestly.

The shopping experience was very bad. Purchased almost 3.25 lac clothes from this store, one piece was misfitting, explained the owner multiple times to replace or exchange it. Very rude behavior. Don’t listen to customer once you pay off the bills. Also don’t attend the customer even if we make appointments to visit. Bad experience. Will never recommend to anyone

I have known simran ever since turquoise studio came into existence in our small city, Jalandhar. I am a witness to the sheer dedication and hardwork she n her team put into every outfit. And the passion with which she curates pieces from all across India, visiting the bylanes of cities ,big n small. Every little piece of jewelry, every outfit you will find at turquoise is unique. I am a staunch follower and Everytime we discuss and design n outfit, simran leaves no stone unturned to give me what I want n sometimes better than what I expected. Her entire team is super talented and diligent. It has been a pleasure seeing simran and her hardwork bloom to new heights every passing year. You truly deserve it and we are proud of you.❤️

I came across Turqoise Studio Profile by chance and I must say I was glued to their social media page for hours. Yes Hours! (Days actually). Designer Simran has a vision that no one in my knowledge has had in the past years in Punjab. Combining traditional and modern styles and delivering them in a unique way is something someone like me always longed for. I am thankful that someone from Punjab was able to do that on such a grand scale.I can rely on her with my eyes closed. I made her my personal designer to be more honest in telling how much I like her work.
