The Vintage Box

Pls dont book before see this review! Attaching chat screenshot as proof for all of you. We booked Vintage box- Ganesh photographer (owner) for my marriage photo coverage in 2019. He asked for full payment on the marriage day however we trusted and paid full amount without even seeing photos, designing albums and printing. Its been 2years he didn't deliver our marriage photos, not designed yet. Whenever I call him he says am having personal issues, financial and health issues. How he has this issues for more than 2 years? Lastly he committed will finish by Feb 2022 when I called he didn't pick up and blocked my contact now. Yesterday I went to Vintage studio - Royappetai address he mentioned in Google but there is no office and the building owner said he vacated 1 year back, many customers like me is searching for him as he got the payment but didn't finish the albums and so absconded. Now after getting full payment on the day of marriage Dec 2019, now he is saying i need to look for other designers and I need to pay for that.
