The Snap Patch

Hey.. We hired Snap Patch for capturing all our wedding ceremonies & celebrations.. Positives: 1. Loved the quality of pictures, colors, video quality & album quality 2. Very open,interactive & communicative team, specially Gunjan.. We are very specific requirements n personalised stuff kinda people and Gunjan & her team, very patiently listened to our requirements, feedback for edits and made multiple changes even post the wedding, after receiving the payments etc. This is one of the best things. They did it with a positive attitude till we were satisfied 3. The wedding video - final product is amazinggg, the way they have taken the best moments, best suitable songs & compiled them together.. Awesomeee!!! 4. Provided us with photo props as well on our sangeet ceremony.. 5. Some of the family pics/portraits & couple poses/shots are super amazing.. 6. Gunjan is amazing to work with.. She is polite, warm & responds prompltly 7. We had requested them to keep the pics more candid & they followed the theme very nicely Areas of improvements 1. Some of our very important shots were missed like single bridal shots on sangeet day, bridal shots before the wedding on the wedding day and some imp family portraits. Even some pics were good but did not have full pics, they were half cut so we couldn't use them. 2. Its better to document whatever you have agreed on, on an email. After reaching the sangeet venue, one of us realized camera men were less, hence we called Gunjan and showed her the mail, she immediately sent us one more camera man.. 3. Some of the camera men were not very creative or proactive in taking pics or suggesting creative shots and they had to be pushed. Also, they were not correcting us properly if we rnt standing properly or if hair is not right etc.. 4. Very importantly, we had expected more creativity in the trailer, video & albums earlier, however, it was not upto the mark.. After many many edits & discussions, we got the final product that we loved..however, if the ideas and creativity could have come from them proactively & more innovative suggestions, things would have been easier Overall, really really happy with the final outcome. I had a fantastic experience The Snap Patch! The team is incredibly prompt, organized and knowledgeable. It was very important to me to have photography and videography for my wedding and this company provides a great deal on both. She is unbelievably passionate about her work. It was clear that she love what she do and truly want to capture your special day. Honestly, if it was not her commitment to work, my pre wedding shoot would not have been possible as we decided to get it done just one week before our marriage. Contrary to my belief that in such a short notice the outcome may not be that great, Gunjan managed to outperform my expectations and you can see the results in the photos posted by her on the page itself.
