These guys are such a gem!! It is not only about breathtaking decor they had in my wedding, But their attention to detail and making a memorable wedding for each guest and it was so apparent. We are by no means fancy people but were excited to splurge for our once in a lifetime wedding. They were so incredible at making us feel welcome, excited for us to celebrate ( Giving personalised touch and themeing the whole concept of our wedding!! ), and were attentive to everything. What I appreciated I think the most was that while we were of course splurging on some things, we were definitely not the fanciest/highest dollar people staying there and I never felt like they treated us any differently or wanted to help us any less. Such a treat through and through!! In addition to all of the amazing things while we were enjoying our wedding, I lost my jwellery in my room on our last night and the hospitality that team was AMAZING. They connected with the hotel for me, made security personnell to work on it, and then notified each of the team member. Next day I woke up to a handwritten note to stop by the helpdesk to go over the reception. And I was blown away! If you want to plan your wedding with someone incredibly classy, feel totally pampered, and receive top notch service, BOOK THIS WEDDING PLANNER!! From the moment we finished our first Zoom call with Shubham and Mayur, we knew they are the person to whom we wanted to entrust the most important day of our lives. And we're so pleased that we did. The Perfect Knock and their whole team are not only meticulous in their planning, but they are also wonderful people to bring on the wedding journey. At every step, they filled us with confidence, reassurance and excitement. Their knowledge of Venues, the network of partners and vendors they have cultivated and their ability to get things done are incredible. We knew we were not only in safe hands, but the very best hands. When we were unsure, too frightened to ask or having doubts (about wedding day decisions, not marriage!) they were nothing but patient, kind and pragmatic. On the lead up to the wedding, and on the day itself, they brought such great positivity, energy and creativity that we felt as if they were part of our wedding. Not just someone we relied on to get married. In the best way, we felt as if we were their only client. The highest compliment I can pay is that it was such an enjoyable experience, we can't wait to renew in a few years and have Shubham, Mayur and the team as guests, as well as planners.

We had high hopes for our wedding and chose Perfect Knock after seeing their work on social media. We met Shubham, Mayur, and their team in Pune and discussed our plans, increasing our budget by 20-25% to meet their requirements. However, our experience with them was a nightmare. Firstly, they failed to meet with the venue manager to understand the terms and conditions, despite our efforts to facilitate this. On our wedding day, they demanded a royalty fee that should have been their responsibility, not ours. This caused unnecessary stress and confusion. The morning decor was visually as expected, but the mandap was too small and had to be extended last minute. The varmala was on the verge of breaking. They also started dismantling the decor while our photos were still being taken, adding to the chaos. The worst part was during our sundowner reception. Shubham and his team halted the event by running away and blackmailing us for money, ignoring our pleas to return and turn on the lights. This resulted in us missing our sunset photos, entry, and significant time from our reception. The next day, while we were seeing off guests, Shubham and his team returned with local goons, blocked our car, and blackmailed us again for the royalty fee. We paid 50% just to end the harassment. Planning a wedding should be joyful and emotional, but for Perfect Knock, it was only about money. If you don't want your big day ruined, avoid these people at all costs.

They were good with each and everything that they did in my wedding, they are very good with decor and detailing of small small things
