1.Very poor customer service and no absolute commitment to what was ordered.Random skincare set instead of Kimirica love story. Mens perfume while the hamper is called sisterly splendor a gift for Women. Random flavored candles and wrong cookies too.Only correct thing were the chocolates. 2.Do not rely on them for same - day delivery service. Irrespective of searching for hampers using their same day delivery filter - they called last moment at 3pm of the event day saying products were out of stock and they had to deliver next day.When questioned why they accepted the order and showed availability on the website, they delivered the gift with ALL different items in it with no updates and let us know about the change at the doorstep while delivering. 3.No sense of customer support. Utter disrespect towards customers through ignoring text messages on Whatsapp. After hearing my request for the first time and despite giving them a week's time to replace and rectify their mistake they constantly ignored my texts. If you are someone who is organized and particular about your gifts do not spoil your mood and waste your money doing business with them as all you will get is disrespect through ignorance and no sense of responsibility to cater to customers needs.
